Trojan Horse Method Workshop

This program is open to all plaintiffs practitioners and criminal defense attorneys ONLY. Insurance defense and prosecutors are not permitted.

Meet the Horse is a one day primer to the Trojan Horse Method four-day Foundational course. This full-day seminar will cover voir dire, witness preparation, direct examination, structuring your opening statement, closing argument and rebuttal. This program has been approved for 7.5 MCLE hours, including one hour of ethics. 

This course will show you how Trojan Horse Method (THM) is used from witness preparation through verdict. The course will cover witness preparation, structuring the Opening Statement using the THM betrayal theory, Direct Examination, Closing Argument and Rebuttal. Even if you aren't trying cases, knowing the THM structure and witness preparation will help you immensely and lead to better workup and presentation of the cases and, ultimately, higher settlements.

This is a great program where you will see demonstrations of the THM theory being used in all of the areas noted above. Real life demonstrations of opening and closings that have been successful in courtrooms throughout the country, including Florida.

This program is for EVERYONE. From a new lawyer (or older lawyer) that's never tried a case to seasoned, board certified trial attorneys fighting in the courtroom trenches everyday. Regardless of your skill level and experience, you will learn from this seminar. 

It will be held at the Hilton Palm Beach Airport Hotel on August 24, 2018. It is a full day CLE with 7.5 credit hours, one hour is for ethics. The cost is only $199, an incredibly deep discount off the normal cost of the seminar. 

This course includes an hour and a half networking lunch with intermittent coffee breaks. A happy hour for attendees will follow the seminar.
